Welcome to Ludo Wordo, an educational word-based game developed and operated by Dhanadhipati Technologies LLP, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using Ludo Wordo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Ludo Wordo is an educational, skill-based game designed to support vocabulary development and learning through strategy-based gameplay. The Game is intended for educational entertainment and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
Ludo Wordo may be used by children and adults. Where a user is a child under applicable law, parental or guardian consent and supervision will be required where legally necessary.
Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of the Game and review our Privacy Policy to understand the information practices applicable to the Game. We will follow applicable child-safety, privacy, and platform requirements.
Ludo Wordo may be used at home, in schools, or in learning centers. Teachers, parents, and guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision of student usage where applicable.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, retained, and shared through the Game and its third-party services.
Some features may require an account or sign-in. Supported sign-in options may include email-based registration, Google Sign-In, and Facebook Login.
If you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, depending on the permissions requested and granted and the information made available by Google. We use this information to authenticate you, save and restore your game account, and contact you about your account where necessary.
If you choose Facebook Login, we may receive your Facebook account ID, public profile name, and email address, subject to the permissions granted and the information made available by Meta. We use this information to save and restore your game account and to contact you about your account. We do not sell this information.

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for providing accurate information where required. Please contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may request deletion of your Ludo Wordo account and associated personal information by emailing: cs.dhanadhipatitechnologies@gmail.com .
Verified deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days, subject to applicable legal requirements. Deleted accounts and game progress may not be recoverable.
If you used Google Sign-In or Facebook Login, you may request deletion of the associated account information through the same contact email. Deleting your Ludo Wordo account does not automatically delete information independently retained by Google, Meta, or another third-party provider.

Violations may result in appropriate restrictions, suspension, or termination of an account, subject to applicable law.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are subject to the payment platform's terms and applicable refund policies. Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements.
Virtual coins, rewards, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.
The Game may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, sign-in, and other functionality. These may include Google AdMob, Firebase, IronSource, Unity Ads, Google Sign-In, and Meta (Facebook).
Meta SDK and Advertising Measurement: Ludo Wordo uses the Meta SDK to measure app installs and app opens so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. For this purpose, the SDK sends Meta a signal when the app is opened, together with your device's advertising ID, where available and permitted by your device settings and applicable consent requirements.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID through your phone's settings. On supported Android devices, this may be available under Settings → Google → Ads. Settings may vary by device and Android version.
Google Sign-In: Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method for users who choose to access or restore their Ludo Wordo accounts using a Google account. It is separate from Google AdMob advertising and Firebase analytics.
Facebook Login: Facebook Login is an optional sign-in method. If you use it, we may receive your Facebook account ID, public profile name, and email address, subject to the permissions granted. We use this information to save and restore your game account and to contact you about your account. We do not sell this information.

Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable settings, permissions, and consent requirements.
Game content, design, original software code, and branding are owned by or licensed to Dhanadhipati Technologies LLP, except for third-party materials subject to their respective rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any part of the Game without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific learning outcomes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
