1. Introduction

Ludo Wordo ("the Game") is developed and operated by Dhanadhipati Technologies LLP, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

We are committed to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared with third-party service providers, and how users can exercise their applicable privacy rights.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information: User-provided names and profile pictures used for player profiles and Leaderboards, where applicable.
Google Sign-In Information: If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we may receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, depending on the permissions requested and granted and the information made available by Google. We use this information to authenticate you, save and restore your game account, and contact you about your account where necessary.
Facebook Login Information: If you choose to sign in using Facebook Login, we may receive your Facebook account ID, public profile name, and email address, subject to the permissions granted and the information made available by Meta. We use this information to save and restore your game account and to contact you about your account. We do not sell this information.
Identifiers: Device identifiers, including Android ID and advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID), may be processed where available and permitted by device settings, applicable permissions, and consent requirements. Their use depends on the services and features enabled in the Game.
Location Data: Approximate location, such as city or country, may be processed for regional Leaderboards or related features where available. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location through the Game.
Usage Data: Gameplay activity such as levels completed, words found, coins earned, game sessions, and interactions with game features may be processed to operate and improve the Game.
Meta SDK Data: Ludo Wordo uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure app installs and app opens so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. For this purpose, the SDK sends Meta a signal when the app is opened, together with your device's advertising ID, where available and permitted by your device settings and applicable consent requirements. You can reset or delete your advertising ID through your phone's settings. On supported Android devices, this may be available under Settings → Google → Ads. The available settings may vary by device and Android version.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Game to:

Create, authenticate, maintain, and restore user accounts.
Display player profiles and Leaderboards.
Save gameplay progress and provide game features.
Respond to account-related questions and support requests.
Understand gameplay activity and improve the Game.
Measure advertising effectiveness and app engagement.
Protect the Game, investigate misuse, and prevent fraud.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to support authentication, analytics, advertising, and other Game features. These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, settings, permissions, and applicable consent requirements.

Google Play Services and Firebase: Used for supported game functionality, analytics, and Leaderboards, as applicable.
Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements.
IronSource: Used for advertising and ad mediation.
Unity Ads: Used to display advertisements.
Meta (Facebook): We use the Meta SDK to measure app installs and app opens and evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. We also offer Facebook Login as an optional sign-in method. If you choose Facebook Login, we may receive your Facebook account ID, public profile name, and email address, subject to the permissions granted. 5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information collected through Google Sign-In or Facebook Login. Information may be processed by service providers to provide authentication, analytics, advertising, hosting, security, and other Game functions.

We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the Company.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, maintain accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our services.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by emailing: cs.dhanadhipatitechnologies@gmail.com .

Verified deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days, subject to applicable legal requirements. Deleted accounts and progress may not be recoverable.

If you used Google Sign-In or Facebook Login, you may request deletion of the associated account information through the same email address. Deleting your Ludo Wordo account does not automatically delete information independently retained by Google, Meta, or another third-party provider. You may need to contact that provider separately.

7. Children's Privacy

Ludo Wordo is an educational game that may appeal to students and younger users. We aim to handle children's information in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Where parental consent or other safeguards are required by applicable law, we will follow the requirements that apply to our service and the relevant user's location.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we maintain against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may choose whether to use Google Sign-In or Facebook Login. You can also reset or delete your device's advertising ID through your device settings, where supported. On supported Android devices, advertising ID settings may be available under Settings → Google → Ads.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, restrict processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. International Data Processing

Some third-party service providers may process information on servers located outside your country. Where applicable, such processing is subject to the safeguards and requirements imposed by relevant data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Game, our data practices, third-party services, or applicable laws. Updates will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
